  • Wow. Excellent customer service! I was shopping with my son and by mistake dropped and spilled my hot coffee all over the floor. There was an employee nearby who saw it and immediately called someone to clean it up. But the above and beyond part was that she asked if I had just gotten the coffee there- which I did- and she said I could go over and get another one for free! Impressive. I spilled my coffee and THEY cleaned it up and got me another one.
