  • Our fireplace hadn't worked since moving into our home three years ago. The pilot was lit, but when you would flip the wall switch, nothing would happen. We finally called Charlie, left a message, and the call was returned promptly the next morning. He was able to come out two days later and made the repairs in less than 30 minutes. He showed up on time, wearing blue booties/show covers to walk inside, and he made sure everything was cleaned up when he left. The problem ended up being a faulty wall switch, which he had in his truck and replaced quickly. He removed the glass and cleaned the fireplace and also added a few more embers to make our fire prettier :) He showed me how to take the glass out and clean it, and then replace it for yearly maintenance. He also pointed out the reset switch and showed me how to use it should the fireplace kick itself off. Overall I am highly impressed with his work and how fast he was able to get out to us and get things fixed. Five stars for sure!
