  • This location is AWFUL. Their online check in time is always wrong. I checked in (one minute from thr store) with it showing one minute wait.. 30 minutes later my son was seated. The first time, the stylist, Cherry, butchered my son's hair. I told her specifically what I wanted, even showing her a picture of my son with the cut, and she butchered it. On top of that, she blamed him for talking do much she just got distracted. I just took him again and unfortunately got Cherry again. His hair is ok... not the best cut. My total was $11.00. I gave a $2 tip, so it totaled $13. I went home and looked at my bank account and noticed I was charged $18. I called and was told I had to come back in to fix it, so I did. Again, instead of her taking blame, it was my fault. Apparently my 2 looked like a 7. Bullshit. And really... you're Great Clips... do you honestly think I'd give you a 64% tip? My hair stylist, whom I pay hundreds to, doesn't even get that. I will never come back here. Sports Clips has my business now.
