  • So far I have to say I cannot complain. I got my carpeting installed right after I ordered it. The install was quick and they guys cleaned up when they were done. Within just a month I started noticing some flaws on my stairs. I called and someone came out and took pictures right away and the customer service rep. (Matt) assured me they would take care of everything for me. I became worried and skeptical because of the poor reviews. My carpet was immediately replaced and I've had no more problems !
