Tasty Italian cuisine in a bit of a cheesy spot. Our server, who was actually Italian took the time to describe the difference between carbonara from northern Italy (with cream) and that from Rome (egg, but no cream). The pancetta added an extra layer of crispy texture to the dish. A bit on the expensive side for what you get, but that's to be expected at any Strip eatery. Nonetheless, We would definitely return if we're ever back at the Venetian.
