  • There is a thing missing in business...old time customer service. Customer service where a hand shake and a smile truly means something. This is what you get at Dean's Shoe Repair. We stopped in to see if I could get a pair of sandals stretched. We were greeted like old friends from the young man behind the counter. He grab my shoes and said he would give it a try. While he was working on them he chatted with us, telling us about the background of the store. The pride he conveyed was unmistakable! He was proud of his craft, of the store! He finished pretty quickly and had me walk in them (zero pinch). When I asked him "how much?" He said "Nothing!" I was shocked because I can't remember the last time I received service like that! Dean's Shoe repair gained a customer for life...especially when he invited us back for coffee to meet the owners...and guess what...we absolutely will!!!!!
