  • I don't really know what else to say about Ideal other than rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. A lousy, gross, foul smelling, grouchy man came to my house to inspect a leak. First of all, he shows up 5 hours after he should have been to my house. Then he acts as if it's my fault he's out so late. He just seemed very irritable. So after he wasted my entire day I could have been working and making a living he charged me $60.00 just to tell me "The problem in this house isn't my problem Ma'am. You need to hire someone else to do it because the company I work for is NOT going to cover it. And good luck finding someone you can afford. It's going to be lots of money" Grabbed my check, turned around and walked out. No "Thank you" "Have a nice night" He pretty much told me to "you know what-myself"
