  • I don't even know where to start. Well first we have a new management that doesn't listen to our requests. Myself and my wife had to request for maintenance for over a month already till today. Just to find out we had "no service request on file." They always put excuses of why they couldn't get to our apartment. My wife went to talk to the management just to get kicked out basically. We've had fruit flies all over our apartment. Our ceiling and sink from the bathroom kept leaking for a month. The only good thing about it all was the nice lady name Alex up front who actually cared to hear my concerns. Got us someone right away. Maybe she should be managing. The excuses management used was that they fired all previous workers. But shouldn't you be professional enough to hired workers before you buy a whole complex out ? Sorry not worth the 985 dollars I pay every month. Bring back the old management we've never had a problem with them.
