  • I backed into a pickup truck in a teeny-tiny parking lot and managed to push in part of my rear bumper (one year old Toyota). Sonofabitch. I figured Well there goes a few hundred more bucks for a new bumper and several days to get a replacement since I'll probably have to take it to the dealership. Decided instead to check in at Sparkle just to see what they'd say. They said We can fix it right now since one of my guys is waiting for another customer to arrive. Sweet! And for only a little over a hundred bucks and a couple of hours, they truly lived up to their jingle -- they made it look like nothin ever happened! I'm happy...
