  • I have never had this happen to me. I was charged almost $400 from my security deposit for 'repairs' that had to be made. This is ridiculous, I made no damages to the unit and left it in BETTER conditions than how I received it. Being charged for over-priced 'cleaning and repairs' for damage I did not do. This is simply ridiculous. I had reported damages at move in and they did not even address them, yet now I am being charged. After sending in a letter with questions regarding the charges, I received pictures that were truly laugh worthy. Clearly they just want to get money from you, the picture quality was horrendous. Be sure to take pictures and have them dated if you rent from these people. Keep a copy for yourselves and give them a copy with your check in list and at check out. They will use crappy picture quality pictures of your "damage" and respond with- the charge stands. Had a good laugh with their poor response. Good riddance!
