  • The inside of the place is a little claustrophobic but if you make your way outside to the patio you will be in for a pleasant treat. The tables were adorned with fresh flowers and the deck was all decked out (sorry could not resist) with warm wood. They explained they only have dark roast and at first I was disappointed but a customer standing behind me in line assured me it would be the most intense caffeine I've ever had. They didn't have flavored syrups either, and I was pretty upset about it at first, but upon drinking my mocha, it was so rich, flavorful with its own sweetness, I didn't miss the syrup any more! I spotted some ginger cookies in back of the counter. I was fearful they may have been sleeping in the jar for months! You know how freshness can be so questionable these days. To my delight, the cookies were soft and spunky and I can STILL taste them when I think of them, days later! I should have bought a batch to go! This place puts all the chains to shame. Go there, and enjoy! PS- James the barista was helpful & nice.
