Went in looking for a torch and butane.
And was quickly greeted and asked if i needed help. I respond yes I need a torch and want to check the size of the flame before purchase.
Unfortunately None of the torches were filled with butane so I couldn't check the size of the flame. The employees response? "Yeah that sucks"
So I wait a moment hoping she'd suggest a fix to this problem only to met with silence.
So I tell them "guess I'll go look else" and start to walk out
I'm stopped by an employee who seems eager to help. After explaining my mission (buy a torch and check the flame before purchase) his response was a similar "oh well that sucks"
how hard is it to fill one with butane? I was gonna buy a can of butane anyways
How do you expect your customer to make informed purchase without seeing how something operates? Damn
