Much like the Yelp page that says its closed, this Salon is a lie.
I found them on Groupon. Called and made an appointment for my little sister (who was in town from the Philippines for an Ellie Goulding Concert that starts at 7:30pm). Made the appointment for 11:30 the day of the concert. The lady I spoke to said they were completely open. I was also advised not to purchase the Groupon because they would honor the price upon arrival.
I was on my way to the Salon at approximately 11:13am. They were calling to ask me if I can come in at 4:00pm due to the fact that they had a party of 7 come in for a mani/pedi. I asked them to sympathize with me.....that I made this appointment in advance and that my little sister has a concert to go to and I had promised that I would take her to get her hair done before the concert. They didn't seem to care much about the appointment. In fact, I spoke with the stylist (Dani) directly. She blamed the receptionist. Stating she was not informed of a "groupon" coming in.
She proceeded to tell me that due to my sisters length in hair, it would be an additional $75 and IF they needed to add toner, then it would be another $25. So, $87 for the groupon, $75 for additional length, and $25 for toner. I felt like she was just tacking on the prices just to get me to cancel the appointment and get rid of me. She was rude and unprofessional.
I didn't have to step foot in the place to leave this type of review.
