  • I went into the dealership because they were having a "trade-in" event. I had the worst experience ever! I was trading in a vehicle, and wanted to purchase a traverse for $22k. They were offering me $695/mo. for 72 months. When I told Jeff that was ridiculous, he became very rude and starting belittling me. He got loud with me, and when I asked to speak with a manger he said, "Don't worry, Ill get him for you." I have purchased 6 vehicles in my lifetime and I have never had such a terrible experience. DON'T COME HERE...find another dealership.
