  • I am so upset with the person working there right now. I had a letter delivered to me and when I went to pick it up the guy had no idea where it was. I asked him to track it with my tracking number and he said the tracking number I had wasn't right. I came home because all he gave me was a number to call to see where my package was. I can clearly tell he is new because everyone there was also getting the wrong info from him. I'm not telling you guys how to do your job but before leaving someone there alone make sure they have the right information to give people. I have tracked my letter with the tracking number I have and it sucks because it will be delivered tomorrow and I'm leaving the state this afternoon I was really hoping for this letter today before I leave. This is so upsetting!
