  • Called to make a reservation for 2-6-13. They took the info, then asked if it was ok if the cab was 15-20 minutes late. I said no. They said I should reserve for an earlier time so the cab won't be late. Why would I need to make a 1245pm reservation for a 1pm cab ride unless I'm dealing with an incompetent company.
