  • Awesome experience with Infinity. Called the company this morning and they were able to send a tech within one hour. Denis was very professional and couldn't be better. Through my Youtube research the night before, I predicted it was probably a capacitor issue, but still wanted a professional opinion in case there were other issues I was unaware of. Denis confirmed it was solely the capacitor issue. He gave me the price quote and knowing it was just a capacitor issue, I decided to replace it myself. The price was reasonable, but I'm cheap and confident I can do it myself. Denis was totally understanding and did not pressure me to have him do the repairs. The diagnostic visit cost $49, which was well worth the reassurance. I wouldn't hesitate to use Infinity again for any of my future AC needs.
