  • I just had a birthday party for my son there and we had a nice time until my check came! I had purchased the $599 family package which they said included 19 jumpers, 4 pizzas, unlimited fountain drinks and 1/2 sheet cake. If went over the 19 jumpers, each additional jumper would be an extra $27 per person! It was ver hectic to say the least! When it came to bill time, the lady said we had 33 jumpers and that she was charging me for 28 because of the trouble we had earlier!I did a head count of jumpers and we only had 27 total jumpers! Also, I was never notified of an automatic gratuity of $79! This was told to me after I tipped the 2 servers $50! They also charged me $37 for the cake! All in all, I was ripped off an additional $275! I will definitely contact corporate about this scam!! Very disappointed in Westlake!
