I lived here for a year and that was enough. There was damage to a few things when I moved in, which they refused to fix since it was only "cosmetic". Quite an eye sore though. Upon moving out they kept 100% of my deposit as well as tried to charge me over trying to claim the carpet was damaged. Again cosmetic, but all of a sudden they want to fix something!?
I disputed it with them first, which was a waste of time. The contact from the front office would do nothing more than spew a bunch of words that are totally unrelated to the problems at hand. They would leave out key issues to the dispute because they have done little research of the situation and just continue with their theft. They had no legal grounds to come after me for more money, as the apartment was most likely in better shape than when I moved in. I insured it was cleaned very well. They never came after me "legally" as there were no legal grounds to steal more money.
I would highly recommend you live elsewhere unless you want to pay more money after you move out. As well as live in damage property where management takes no responsibility for anything.
To top it all off, my vehicle as well as others, were damaged by vandalism at the property. No steps were taking my management to keep this from happening again.
This is 100% their responsibility if they have any desire to keep tenants in their apartments.
Please avoid!!!
