  • I was slightly skeptical when I first pulled up to FlambĂ© Gourmet (because I wasn't aware they're opening a cafe so it's under a little bit of construction). But let me tell you, I've been to other cooking classes at some more popular names and this one takes the cake (pun intended)! Angelo was inviting, friendly, knowledgeable (but not too snooty like some other instructors), and formulated a great menu that he also improvised with a bit. I love classes that are planned, but the instructor isn't afraid to mix it up a bit, because that's how I cook at home. This class also included an "open bar" so it's very laid back and you can enjoy whether you're an expert or novice. This is an AWESOME date night idea but it would be a blast taking a group of girlfriends as well! I HIGHLY recommend!!!
