  • I had gotten glasses last year at this location, and had a great experience from start to finish. However, I returned this year and experienced quite the opposite. The staff was rude, and the doctor seemed more interested in the front desk girls and talking to them, then completing my eye exam. When my glasses came in, I couldn't see a thing out of them, and was told let your eyes get used to them. A week later, I still couldn't see out of them clearly, so they said come back for another exam. This time I had an older doctor, who said with my prescription, everything needs to be lined up perfectly in the lenses, or it won't work. When I went back out to the reception area, with my NEW prescription, I asked about lining up my eyes, and distance, marking the lenses with the black marker. The young lady said " they don't need to do that." Well, $600 later, because I have a strong prescription, I still cannot see out of my new glasses, and am wearing the old glasses, that were done correctly, 2 years ago. Brand new pair of glasses... are just sitting in the case, useless.
