  • dis·in·gen·u·ous; insincere, dishonest, untruthful, false ,deceitful, duplicitous, lying, mendacious, hypocritcal!!!!!!! What a bunch of theives!!!!!!! Trisch Don Francisco, beware!!!! A theif, a liar, a scammer, did you know that the people who work in the office who take care of you properties get a bonus on how many repairs they can do, think I am joking????? She also owns Fast And Furious auto, is known as the repo queen, Trish Don Francisco her accounting books are sketchy, Trish Don Francisco constantly moves numbers and money around! I have proof and I have also been in contact with IRS. Trish Don Franciscos favorite quote "I'm The Repo Queen" and "You Will Never catch Me In Church". If you have a property with her run as fast as you can, If you bought a car from Fast And Furious ,you are getting taken advantage of and they are ripping you off! I have facts and proof that Trish Don Francisco is not on the up and up!!!!!! Ask Angel Diaz [her pet) he gets bonuses for late fees and how many evictions he can do! Doesn't even try to help residents out!! Justin gets a bouns for repairs too! Rob Burdick gets bonuses for making up repairs and maintenance and on Fast And Furious he gets bonuses for repossession of cars and if you are 5 days late they repo your car no ifs ands or buts! Perfect example! A customer put $2500.00 down on a car and was 10 days late and she repo'd the vehicle and kindly re financed him and got another $3000.00 down payment and he was then 2 days late and repo'd it again so he drove the car for 30 days and paid $5500.00 And I Quote, Trish Don Francisco said "what an idiot" he drove the car for 30 days and paid me $5500.00 and I get the car and off to the next Sucker" "I Love my Job"! Trish Don Francisco will tell you to do one thing and when it does not work blames you. Trisch Don Francisco had breast cancer and its in remission , and this is how she celebrates! Really!
