  • Very pleased with the customer service when registering my son to this practice. If you happen to read my review on my last pediatrician, I had a terrible time collecting all of the needed records. The girls in this office made it a point to get what we needed from the old practice. Amazing! The office itself has two waiting areas, one for well patients and one for sick. It also boasts a big beautiful fish tank. But the way that this office schedules you aren't even in the waiting area long enough to appreciate it. All of the nurses are friendly and kind. Very happy with our doctor, Dr. Laura Walby. She is new to the practice and is also a mother herself. Dr. Walby has such a kind and gentle way. My son is only a toddler and truly likes to be around her. She takes her time with us and answers all of my questions, being a first time mom I have a lot. I have never felt her pass any judgement or give condescending advice which I have experienced in the past and have heard from other moms. Very happy to have found a good doctor and supporting staff to take care of my baby.
