  • Completely disorganized company as mentioned in other reviews. Ordered a floral arrangement for my secretary's birthday. Flowers delivered on time and she was very pleased. Two hours later a second identical arrangement arrived with the same card. She asked the delivery man if there was a mistake and called to notify me. I called the company to notify them, and they said they had no clue how that could have happened. They were cordial and apologized for the mix up and said she could keep both sets of flowers. Everything seemed fixed until the next day a delivery man showed up and asked her for the flowers back in front of everyone in the office. So embarrassing and unprofessional. She notified me and I called the company. The person on the phone said she had no idea why the delivery man showed up. There is clearly no organization in this company. Then the person said that is company policy. Poor customer service. I ended up speaking to the manager who said my secretary could keep her flowers and basically what else did I need from her. I guess they don't need my money in the future either.
