I've been really happy with the customer service provided by OneGuard. I haven't had any problems with submitting requests online or on the phone. OneGuard will call you back if there is a wait time. Garret Olson, Cheryl Sullivan and Brea-Anna Grace were all awesome in assisting me with an air conditioning service request. The air conditioning company has been out a couple of times and I've only had to pay one service fee. Currently we are waiting on parts but I feel like we're getting good service with OneGuard. Cheryl offered hotel vouchers since we live in the Phoenix area, but since we have two units we haven't had to use the voucher. I'm not sure why the negative review about not being able to contact the company since there is several ways to do so. Garret even provided his direct line and stated he would be monitoring the request. I would add that my sister, who lives down the street, recommended OneGuard because she has had a home warranty with them for several years. She loves the company. They replaced her water heater and she only had to pay the service fee. They have also repaired her sprinkler system a couple of times. Recently, they replaced the electrical timer box to the sprinkler system because a little critter had chewed up the wires. She had no out of pocket costs other than the service fee. I would give OneGuard a 5 star rating but will reserve it for when my air conditioning system is up and running. For now I am giving them 4 stars for customer service!
