  • Had an appointment for 9:00 a.m. my truck was only driven into the stall at 10:00 a.m because I complained that they don't under stand what an appointment means! The acting manager Kurt ( so he claimed to be) was rude, demeaning & so unprofessional I can't believe he is in a management position. It says a lot about the help they hire at Fletchers! If you like to be taken advantaged of & given a bunch of bullshit, this is your place! If I didn't have a lifetime oil change here, I wouldn't step back into this Fletchers on Careefree hwy & Cave Creek rd. They also ( Andy) called & tried to buy-out the remainder of my lifetime oil change stating you really only are allowed 20 changes! Oh really, that's not what the original contract says. Management at this location are a bunch of opportunists & very slippery. Avoid this location if you can, even if you need to travel a bit longer, it will save you lots of aggravation !
