  • I saw Dr Evangelista a little over two weeks ago for Botox injections for my ongoing relentless migraines. I waited no more than 10 minutes before I was taken back and waited only a few minutes more before Dr Evangelista came into the room. He asked me a number of questions relating to my health and determined I was a good candidate for Botox injections as I had been getting them for over 20 years for migraine relief. He was quick and efficient and did an excellent job. In the past I almost always end up with a bruise at one of the injection sites and this was the first time in years that I actually didn't have a bruise from one of the shots! Since my Botox injections I'm migraine free! Thank you, Dr Evangelista! I'll see you in 3 months for another round of Botox!
