You want to know a good way to lose a customer? Horrible customer service. The groomer did a great job on my dog and for that reason I give a 3 star but if you're looking for a friendly place you may want to look elsewhere. I have been here quite a few times and never experienced such bad customer service as I did today. No one was friendly, no one was smiling, it's was like I walked into a funeral. They told me that they would call me once my dog was finished, 2 1/2 hours later, I decided to call them to see how much longer it was going to be. A very unenthusiastic lady answered (like she hated her job) and told me that my dog had been finished and that she called/left a message but I definitely did not receive a call or voicemail. I asked the lady if she could verify my number because it was concerning that my dog had been waiting for quite some time. She confirmed and it was the right number so that leads me to think that she either lied or dialed the wrong number. She didn't even apologize for the situation. When arriving to pick my dog up, a younger lady who I assume was the same one to answer my call looked at me without a smile. There was nicer middle aged lady who helped to check me out and If it wasn't for her I would have left 2 stars. Like I said the groomer did a great job but damn there customer service sucks! You are surrounded by adorable dogs, you think you'd act a little happier.
