  • This company really excels in customer service. Our instal date fell on the day before a holiday weekend, the Friday morning between 7/8 am to be exact. The technicians were right on time arriving at 7:28am! The men were very courteous and got to work immediately. There was an unfortunate problem that occurred and the job had to be delayed until further notice. The Lodi team stayed on our property to ensure that our door could still be operated manually for the evening. ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND, mind you, two guys came back to our house and spent 5 hours on a Saturday re installing the entire thing! I came outside and they were using touch up paint to cover the nail heads (which I didn't even notice) so it would match perfect. The guys took extra steps for me today and I am eternally grateful. We are obsessed with our new garage door and Lodi garage doors and more is just that, waaaaay more than just doors.
