  • I rented from this company for 2 years in which when I moved in, the 14ft pool was filthy and company told me that pool company comes out weekly. Once pool was supposedly clean, the water was green and the floor was full of dirt, which was definitely unsafe to swim in. So company stated that they would empty the pool, clean, then refill. It was clear that the pool needed to be replastered. So since cleaning did not solve the problem, the landlord finally decided to replastered the pool but also wanted to increase rent by $100 at the end of my lease cause I was no going to renew my lease. Negotiated a rent increase of $50 but the company thought that I was gonna foot the water bill for both refills when this should have done in the 1st place! Eventually I was credited $180 for the 2 pool refills. At the end of my 2nd lease, the landlord tried increase rent by another $50 In which I would not agree. While living here, there were no upgrades within the property so there was no reason to increase rent. So gave 30 day notice and moved out according. Was present during the move out inspection in house was cleaned and no significant damage was done. When I received my move out statement, company stated that there was $2550 in damages. Majority of damages were no pics or stated on move out inspection report. Things like holes in the walls, placement of carpet due to pet hair and urine stains, trash no removed from the property, etc. So when I questioned the property manager he stated that damages were based on owners judgement which was ridiculous. What's the purpose of having an inspection when damages were based on owners discretion. I have submitted a disposition and am waiting to hear back from them, but I got a feeling I will be taking them to court.
