  • Gordy was excellent. He was very professional, informative, friendly and he was very thorough. What I appreciated is when he walked around with us after the inspection, let us know the few things that needed to be taken care of, and he also told us little things like which rooms were on which circuit breaker and the main water lever and sprinkler system lever were in the garage in case of a leak or water issue. His inspection was easy to read, and he took a ton of pictures. He told us to call him at any time because he saves the pictures, and if we think something is going wrong or if something does go wrong, he has pictures of it all for future reference for up to 3 years. I am thankful we did the inspection with him, and I feel confident purchasing our home now.
