  • If it were possible to give places negative stars, this dealership would definitely get a few. Had to drop off my Wrangler for an intermittent blower motor issue with my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, so I decided to take it to this dealership; bad mistake! Got a call from the service advisor saying they would have to run an electrical diagnostic on the Jeep because supposedly my aftermarket LED lights and the tire air pump was wired into any available harness on the Jeep. Wrong! According their best rated technician in the USA, everything was spliced it and they would have to charge me. I showed up to the dealership immediately after receiving the call about this, so I rushed right over. I had asked for their 'best tech in the Milky Way Galaxy' (LOL) who worked on the Jeep and I was told he was out to lunch. How convenient! So the service advisor brought out my Jeep and some other yahoo came out trying to explain why my Jeep is not being covered under warranty. The rocket scientist was telling me the exact same thing their service advisor said. To prove them wrong, I asked them to show me where the lights and air pump was wired into the wire harness. Chief Engineer showed me where the air pump was tied in. I popped open the hood and showed him that the air pump has wire leads going directly to the battery post. He gave me that shocked look only an idiot could give. He then asked about some loose wires next to the firewall. I grabbed them and again showed him how and where all the new wires were installed and showed them that the wires were being fed directly to the battery! Shocker! He tried to point out how the air pump was bolted down properly, but only the hose was loose and I said that it would not affect the electrical system. The geniuses did not know what to say next. Dumbfounded, they said they will sill have to charge me if I decided to have them do a wire diagnostic on my Jeep. The main guy asked why I took my Jeep to them. I gave him the classic deer-in-the-headlights look. I told the rocket scientists that they were the closest dealership to me. The service advisor told me to take my Jeep off of the lot and I promised them I would never come back nor ever recommend them to anyone. I would not trust them to put air in my tires! Worst dealership experience ever! After taking my Jeep to Prestige Jeep in North Las Vegas, they found that I had a faulty knob that controlled the blower fan speed. This was all in one trip! They got my Jeep going and would recommend Prestige Jeep over this podunk stealership any day!
