  • I am extremely annoyed with my visit to Dana's. I come here 3 times a month to get my eyebrows done and 1 per month for a pedicure. Today I had family in town and we all decided to go and get 3 pedi's, 1 mani and 1 eyebrow clean up... The service was horrible and rushed! The forgot to massage one persons legs all together, exfoliated ONE OF MY LEGS and had a trainee completely mess up my mothers mani BAD!! The owner could tell we were all extremely upset with the service and she came over to offer us an explanation and offered us all massages, but we were all already dressed and walking out the door. Terrible service from a place that I thought would take care of a group of returning customers. I'll find a new place to get my eyebrows and pedicures! Thanks. (I always tip very well too)
