  • My last experience was one of the most upsetting ones. I order two bacon avocado burgers, no tomatoe or pickles only to receive a burger with tomatoes, pickles and no bacon. I also ordered a Toms burger only to find out that that burger had avocado in it? Are you serious? That burger doesn't come with avocado!!! I went through the drive through only to come home and find out my whole order was wrong. When I called the place up I spoke to a girl working there and asked to be credited for it her response was that "the owner" would not credit me unless I brought the items back and they would correct it. I drove across town for your damn burgers, so you want me to keep wasting my time, and gas to correct something you got wrong? So you want me to bring my burgers back so you can take off the tomatoes and pickles and add the bacon? Isn't that unsanitary? You would probably spit in my burger! Greatly disappointed, I was a loyal customer, Not Anymore! Spare yourself the trouble and money and go eat somewhere else. I would give you no stars if I could.
