  • I gave it one star because it's making me stay far far away from this place the first time I went in to pick up my shoes the work was never even done the second time I went in to pick up the shoes the place was closed the third time I went in to pick up the shoes the place was closed for a holiday that I don't even know of now I come in and pick up my shoes granted yes it has been like eight months that these shoes have been there but I haven't been able to get there. So I go in today and not only are the shoes not there but the woman behind the counter who cannot speak English gets pissed off at me because I was like oh she can't speak any English shoot I step on the side of the counter from where I'm standing so that I can try to get to see if I can see my shoes and she starts screaming at me and is yelling at me the entire time while I have to wait for the son to come. So that he can translate all in all had to have done the shoes correctly the first time we wouldn't be speaking but when I tried to call the gentleman back to explain that to him and even tried to say look I'm sorry she's offended about the whole English comment but it wasn't even said badly and then that gentleman ended up hanging up on me so I would never take my shoes they're all freaking buy a new pair of shoes before I ever walk into that skanky run-down they don't even wash their windows or even try to make the windows look nice it's a total dump in which they work in but they want you to act like you're getting some kind of luxury service out of them when they didn't even do the job that they were supposed to do the first time but they were quick to point out that they're not responsible for shoes left after 30 days I'm pretty sure that those shoes are looking pretty good on that woman's feet
