This place is now called Thomas and Thomas Dental. I've never encountered a more unprofessional medical/dental practice in my life. The poorly paid dental assistants (I know this because they've griped openly about their financial situations) do the bulk of the work while the dentist comes in for five minutes and then leaves. You'll get three phone calls reminding you of appointments because apparently no one in the office speaks to each other. I've now been there twice to have a permanent bridge re-set because it keeps coming out. (The first one broke ... This is a permanent bridge. Not a crown.) The material was flimsy and even after I told the staff that it didn't fit properly, they kept telling me it was fine. Now, the second one has fallen out and I have to go back again. If I wasn't already out of pocket $1,500, I would just go elsewhere.
The staff also gossips about other patients within earshot of everyone. Do these people not get HIPAA training?
Once they finally fix this trashy work they've done, I'm never going back to them.
