  • Visited this local bakery on a whim. The bakery advertises that it's been ranked top ten bakeries in the Valley and having been around for over 20 years we were excited to taste their goods. The staff was super helpful and friendly. One woman in particular was evidently passionate about her baking, and we really admired her enthusiasm for the craft. We ended up tasting a few items, sugar cookies with fudge in the center, a chocolate cake with baked in walnuts and caramel and topped with fudge, and a pineapple upside down cake. Hands down, they do chocolate right, and we're so glad we snatched the last chocolate cake! The sugar cookies were good with the fudge, but the regular one is lacking without, and the pineapple upside down cake was okay. If you visit, highly recommend that you pick a chocolate item!
