Booked my appointment 3 weeks in advance due to my busy schedule. Two days before my appointment the salon contacts me saying that the technician no longer works on Sundays- and of course, they are fully booked and don't offer a convenient time instead!
Why allow the option to book online and wait for weeks just to say you can't meet the time? We all have busy lives! At least make an attempt to reschedule at convenient time since you screwed up!
