  • Horrible customer service in the grooming department! The groomer refused to groom my 13 year old dog who has had a heart condition for over 4 years now. Granted, he has been going there every 8 weeks for the last 3 years. Now all of a sudden the groomer decides not to groom him? What makes it even worse is that they took him, checked him in and I walked around the store, purchased items THEN left. When I'm about a mile down the street they call me to tell me they can't groom my dog because Saturday is too busy! What? What happened to discussing this with me in the store while I was there? They told me due to his age. Really? He was the same age 8 weeks ago. How about checking his age when they called me to confirm his appointment and tell me YESTERDAY they couldn't take him? Told lack of concern for my time. The manager came and spoke to me and told me to drop him off during the week. Really? I work like most people which is why it's busy on Saturday!! The WORST customer service!! Don't get your dog groomed with Lizzie if it's older. Apparently she doesn't like old dogs! Worst Petsmart in the Valley!! Stay away from Metro!!!
