  • APS just want money and dont care about anything else. They charge way more than it costs to use electricity....We use electricity for appx $60 a month and they take the figure to $145 which makes no sense......just bill the customer for the actual usage + tax.....they even charge for the account...no one does it on Earth. They even charge for calculating and sending the bill out to the user.....They have all sorts of taxes and fees on the bill which I think no one has ever heard of....We have used SRP for one year and it was just great .....They billed for the actual usage.....never anything extra on the bill......
