  • The cupcakes were average at best. My issue is less with the product and more with the poor customer service follow up. I planned an event in Pittsburgh area and needed cupcakes for the event. I decided on this place because of the high Yelp marks. Sadly, yelp failed me this time around. (1) I called multiple times but couldn't reach anyone. (2) Left messages and no one called me back. (3) I had to call at 5 am to reach anyone bc all their bakers leave quite early each day and the cashiers don't have any knowledge of what is or is not possible in terms of decorations on cakes etc. (4) They don't have ready access to email. If you send them an email, they don't check it. Basically this place is stuck in a pre internet era. Brutal. I would not recommend ordering baked goods from this place for an event (i.e. wedding, shower, party). They just don't run a very professional operation. When i went to pick up my order, they seemed to have some cute birthday cakes suitable for a kids party but anything more upscale than that is not something this place can handle.
