  • Came to Vegas got to the Hotel 9:58pm tried to go into the office and the doors were closed and took 15 minutes till somebody was there to open the door and to help us. The lady was a little rude had an attitude you can sense in her voice. And then we went upstairs to our "Room" and when we went in there were somebody else in the room so we basically went inside somebody else's room. We ran downstairs and so embarrassed and went back to front office and the lady was so nice to think she messed up our room keys. Maybe she was just tired since it was late.
