  • I didn't feel that the cupcakes are worth the price. I find Lavish Cupcakes to be very expensive in comparison to many other cupcake specialty bakeries. First off, the texture of the cupcakes are good, very moist and flavorful but the overall design and the look of the cupcakes lacks design. They're not very appealing to the eye. Last time I was there, I was hoping to order some goodies for my friend's birthday and one of their staff told me that they only specialize in cupcakes and not whole cakes or other pastries which was kind of disappointing. I did not end up ordering from them because I went to Nedege instead for a better deal in terms of price but it would have been nice if they had more selections. The location of Lavish Cupcakes is in a commercial plaza near Weston and Langstaff. It was difficult to find and somewhat hidden, odd location for a cupcake bakery if you ask me, and parking is free in the plaza.
