Something for everyone; that's the title I would give rock bottom. I love the food and selection. My favorite item on the menu is the Cajun Pasta. It's a spicy rendition with onions, celery, green peppers, chicken, Andouille and shrimp and this delectable Cajun cream sauce with bread on the side. I always have enough for lunch the next day because it's a huge portion and the best part is that it's not dry.
They have recently updated and remolded the restaurant and menu. I like the enhancements of both. The menu has finger foods that are sure to get you by and crafted entrees to fill up before heading out.
The bartenders are creative and can provide what's on the menu and even what's not. They have a really nice flight special that you can sample a few before making a decision or make a date tasting out of it.
The location is not ideal but if you are Uptown for an event the food is better than your traditional white glove five star restaurant. On the weekends this place can get a little busy so be prepared however it is definitely worth the wait.
