  • If i could give a half star, i would. Do NOT take this esp if u get in on a weekend or fri evening. Our flight landed at mccarran at 7:15p on Fri and we got in line for the shuttle, thinking it was the best rate, at 7:30. We got to the counter to pay quickly since no one was in line, but then the credit card machine broke and we waited almost 15 min before getting our tickets. We then got into line for shuttle but the one sitting there was full. After another 20min, two empty showtime shuttles pulled up, parked in front of us for 10min, wouldnt let anyone on, then drove off. People started to line up behind us, and after another 30min of waiting (now a full hr from when we bought tickets) a shuttle finally showed. The driver then proceeded to get everyones hotel (at least 6 diff hotels) then pack luggage in reverse order, reciting back and forth the names of the hotels. After we loaded (another 15 min) he slowly proceeded to collect everyones tix and explain the no-refund for ROundtrip tix. By the time we dropped off each party at their hotels, we got to ours over 2hrs from when we left the airport... Forget my return trip pass... Im taking a cab back to the airport when i leave. Cannot wait for uber or lyft to get here
