I have recently gave this company a bad review which I would like to Re-review!! I have been in contact with the management and staff and they have been working hard to fix my situation! The banging on my top floor has stopped and I have been able to get some rest. I would also like to say that I have found that they have been trying as I'm not the most accessible person around, But I have seen there number come up on my phone to contact me, but the caller ID said some other hotel so I didn't answer, but it was the staff here at Rubix. I'm a fair person that can admit his mistake's and I'm doing that now! I'm sorry for the miss communication on my part Rubix staff and will tell you they made every option available to me so that I'm happy!! My recommendation is that you come to this great community and staff-- you will be happy!!
