Awful customer service..... stay away! They moved me to a flight 24 hours after my original departure. This is on a ticket that cost more than $1300. I called my travel agent immediately upon receiving the email and she couldn't reach customer service. I called customer service as well and was listening to hold music for more than 30 minutes before I wrote this review. It's after 9:30 PM local time and I'm supposed to be on a flight at 6:30 AM tomorrow (with a 5 AM pick up scheduled with a car service). I still don't know if I'm really traveling tomorrow or if I'm fighting with Porter for a refund since there's no point going to Toronto after my business meeting.
