  • Service is a joke! I spent $16000 to do my entire home. First off, they installed a shutter wrong. I mean it was a wrong assembly and they started showing rubbing marks. When asked to fix it, they gave me an appointment which was like a week later. Also, they call included one of the bedroom shutter that did not shut down anymore. The tech came in with no tools or supplies, tried to do a mickey mouse job. Only, when I refused to accept that job and asked him to call his supervisor. The supervisor asked the tech if it was still under warranty? It was. Warranty or not, if you know you did a bad construction, you should replace it period. So now, the another technician comes out with no parts again. Now 10 days have passed and my shutter still doesn't work. Still have not received a call from them. So, don't be a fool like me and spend $16k for a thing that doesn't work. Can't tell what is worse. The Obamacare or Rolladen shutters.
