  • Love living here. You can't beat the location. It's walking distance to a lot of really good restaurants and bars. It's only a few minutes away from Old Town, Kierland, and Talking Stick. Easy Freeway access that can get you anywhere else. The property is really nice. Nice pool, and new gym. Large spacious apartments. I'm lucky enough to have a great view off my balcony. The staff is great. Always accommodating and friendly. They are quick to respond to any requests and actively organize activities that include all of the residents. They're really dog friendly (which means a lot to me). The residents are all nice and everyone is friendly!
