  • Helpful, nice employees, but expensive supplies. I shipped three textbooks with prepaid UPS labels, and they charged me $12 for 3 small plain boxes. I've shipped textbooks at other UPS stores (like the one in Concord), and have been charged $1-1.50 for appropriate boxes. Clearly taking advantage of students, considering the store's close proximity to the university.
